BEER TASTING
How is our refreshing beer brewed? What is the difference between an IPA and a Bock? At what temperature should a top-fermented beer be brewed?
These are all excellent questions, which we will be pleased to answer when you attend a beer tasting at Ærø Bryggeri.
BEER TASTING
Here you can learn about the history of Ærø Brewery, gain insight into the brewing process on site, learn about beer in general, and, most importantly, taste our delicious beer.

and secure a spot at one of the regular beer tastings.
Ølsmagning og frokostbræt
Vi starter altid med at fortælle om Ærø Bryggeri, hvad er der sket de sidste 100 år og vores egen øl. Herefter skal vi tale om øl og mad og smage forskellige øl, der matcher maden. Men der er ingen tvivl om, at når der er brød under, så er øl et godt valg.
I bliver bænket i vores hyggelige ølstue. Vi smager 5 forskellige øl og serverer hertil et frokostbræt der byder på danske frokostklassikere som frikadelle med agurkesalat, den gode spegepølse med fedt, rugbrød og lyst brød, æg og rejer, coppaskinke med rygeostcreme og ost med syltede valnødder mm.

WEEKLY BEER TASTING IN JULY
Every Wednesday in July, we hold beer tastings with
the story of our history and the science of beer and how it is made.
Of course, we also taste a little of all our delicious beers
and there is always an opportunity to ask questions.
Every Wednesday in July at 11:00 a.m.
With advance booking, we are happy to welcome groups of at least 10 participants all year round.
Price: DKK 150 per person or minimum price DKK 1,500.

BEER BREWING
We brew all year round, of course, so you can always enjoy
your favorite from Ærø Bryggeri.
The entire brewing process takes one day, after which
the wort is put into tanks, fermented,
cooled, and left to wait to be bottled.
