Easter beer and tartlets
Beer and tartlets at Easter have become a tradition at Ærø Brewery
All in all, Easter is an important part of Ærø's DNA, especially Easter Saturday, when we all go to the beach and boil eggs in salt water and fry sausages over a fire at the water's edge.
Our beer bar is open during Easter from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. (the kitchen is open from noon to 3 p.m.), where we offer cold beer, tartlets with chicken and asparagus or mushrooms, coffee, and homemade vanilla parfait, as is tradition.
