Easter Beer and Tartlets

Beer and tartlets at Easter have become a tradition at Ærø Brewery
All in all, Easter is an important part of Ærø’s DNA, especially Easter Saturday, when we all go to the beach to boil eggs in salt water and grill sausages over a bonfire at the water’s edge.

Our beer hall is open through the Easter holidays from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (the kitchen is open from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.), where, as is our tradition, we offer cold beer, tartlets with chicken and asparagus or mushrooms, as well as coffee and homemade vanilla parfait.
