The Livret Evening with Peter Hansted

"Livretsaften" (Favorite Dish Evening) is an evening that combines delicious food, good stories, and fellowship.
A special guest has been invited who, in addition to choosing the menu in the form of their favorite dish, will also talk a little about their journey or a special event.

We sit at long tables and get to know each other. We always start the evening with a welcome beer presented by the brewery.

This evening, you will have the opportunity to dine with Peter Hansted and hear anecdotes from a long life as the son of a prime minister, agricultural worker, innkeeper, master chef, brewery director, and current mayor.

Welcome beer – Dark ale with Prosecco
Rabbit stew with delicious brown sauce, potatoes, Waldorf salad, redcurrant jelly, and pickles.
Dessert: lemon mousse and coffee

This evening, the price is DKK 320.
